Which areas do you deliver to?
Brisbane and the metro area (including Logan, the Redlands and Beenleigh), Ipswich and Springfield, Moreton Bay, the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads and Banora Point, the Sunshine Coast and Noosa, and Toowoomba and the Lockyer Valley. Use the checker above to confirm your exact suburb.
Which days do you deliver?
Most suburbs are serviced every business day, Monday to Friday. A few outer areas are on scheduled days – for example Bribie Island (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), Tamborine Mountain (Friday) and Kingscliff (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). The checker shows the days for your suburb.
Is delivery really next day?
Yes. Freight we pick up in the afternoon is sorted overnight at our Pinkenba depot and delivered on our regular runs the next business day. Areas on scheduled days are delivered on the next scheduled run.
Do you carry pallets as well as cartons?
Yes – cartons, parcels, standard and oversized pallets, rolls and lengths. We exchange CHEP and Loscam pallets too.
What if my area isn’t listed?
If the checker says we don’t currently service your area, call us on (07) 3268 7175 and we’ll let you know your options.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Use the Track page with your consignment or reference number and the delivery postcode to see the status and proof of delivery.
How do I get a price?
If you send freight regularly, get your business rate card – it takes about two minutes and shows your rates on screen. For a one-off job, book online for an instant price.
